Peter Nordberg, CEO:

Peter believes that software should make customers’ jobs easier and more efficient. He drives a corporate culture at INSITE that is focused on delivering real business solutions with measurable impact, rather than simply rolling out new features.

Peter has extensive leadership experience, having served as president of WebLogic and CEO at a variety of companies, including Propero, CrossCommerce. He has also held executive roles at Ingres, AT&T, Unisys, Dynasty Technologies and UNISQL

M. Tony Pohl, CFO:

As INSITE’s CFO, Tony brings 40 years of experience providing tax, assurance and consulting services to start-ups and market leaders in Silicon Valley and around the world. His role is to ensure the continued growth of the company.

After spending 12 years with international accounting firms KPMG and Deloitte, in 1989 Tony formed Pohl and Company. Now named PMB Helin Donovan, the company has over 200 employees in 8 offices throughout the United States. Tony has also shared his expertise with business students, teaching in the MBA program at Golden Gate University.

Tres Kearney, Vice President of Sales:

Tres has an extensive background running sales organizations in multiple channels. Tres is responsible for global sales and marketing, and sales operations. Prior to INSITE®, Tres was the Co-Founder of StackAgent a global on-demand cloud brokering service exchange to buy, sell, trade and optimize computing capacity. Prior to Stack Agent, he held sales leadership roles at two organic start-up's as the VP of WW Sales for VBC Technology and Laru Corporation a security software company which had a successful exit. Prior to Laru Corporation, Tres held roles in channels, global account management and territory account sales with Motorola's Enterprise Mobility Division, Symbol Technologies, Telxon Corporation and Wireless Knowledge “A Microsoft & Qualcomm” company.

Bryce Yates, Vice President of Product:

Bryce is certified on the Salesforce platform and was previously an architect for CloudNinja. Prior to CloudNinja, Bryce was the VP of Technology at Greenpath Funding. Before Greenpath, Bryce was an Architect for Salesforce solutions at Allergan a $77B global pharmaceutical company. Bryce has overseen the implementation of INSITE®, BMC, Remedy/Force and ServiceNow in his past assignments. Bryce is responsible for the current and future product road map of Insite and how to leverage our application suite and partnerships to dive shareholder value.

Ashish Sharma, Director of Engineering:

Ashish is Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder on the Salesforce platform leading a current team of six developers who are also certified on Salesforce. Previously, Ashish.was a Salesforce Consultant at TECOM Investments deploying full-fledged Salesforce solutions primarily to registration systems. Prior to TECOM Ashish was a Senior Developer at Schneider Electric – Bangalore and a Developer at Tquila Solutions.

Doug Engerman - Independent Member

Doug is an Executive with 30 years of experience in software company creation, growth and management and is recognized with expertise and success in general management, sales leadership, business development, operations execution, and strategy development for high-growth enterprise software solution companies (software products and professional services). Doug is considered a business turn-around specialist and has been hired by executive management and/or boards to evaluate, strategize, re-tool, re-position, and re-launch under-performing software companies with significant M&A transaction expertise and post M&A business integration planning and execution. Doug is also considered problem solver with a proven record of delivering exceptional results through assertive leadership, team building, effective communication, and personal commitment. His previous emphasis has been Software technology and market focus: geospatial information systems (GIS), operations management systems (OSS), and enterprise workforce automation (WFA) solutions for the utilities (gas, electric & water) and telecommunications (broadband/cable) industries in North America, Europe and Asia.

Mike DeVries - Independent Member

Mike DeVries leads global sales, marketing, customer development and strategic alliances for SilkRoad. Mike is a successful global technology executive with a passion for building great customer relationships and disrupting markets with customer focused innovation.

Most recently, Mike served as President of DataSong, a leading provider of advanced analytics solutions to top retail brands where he built new customer relationships with top tier retail brands. After the acquisition by Marketshare (and subsequently Neustar), Mike served as Head of Business Management at Marketshare / Nuestar. He has previously served as CEO of a leading SaaS analytics company, Instill, where he led the company to record financial results and a successful exit. In 2001, Mike founded 3Hill Ventures, a strategic consulting and technology investment firm that has advised numerous businesses and investors across the technology industry. Earlier, Mike served in marketing and business leadership roles for several technology start-ups including Wakesoft (sold), Versata (IPO), Persistence (IPO), and Synon (sold).

After receiving his B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, Mike served at General Electric Corporation for 10 years in various IT management, corporate staff and general management positions.
